Daughters of Eve is a nonprofit group dedicated to creating a healthy atmosphere of education and fun for young women and girls under the umbrella of Islam. Our DOE programming team is made up completely of girls between 16-25 who plan, implement, and execute all of our events and activities. DOE strives hard to represent its Muslim peers and provide activities and resources that are fun, educational, and above all Islamic.
Our mission is to provide a holistic and nurturing community for Muslim girls and young women that ignites empowerment through success, sisterhood, and Islamic identity.
The vision of Daughters of Eve has evolved over the years. What began as a way to encourage sisterhood through fun activities, has become a vehicle for empowerment through volunteerism, civic duty, education, mentorship and fun. As DOE continues to grow, we hope to create more opportunities for girls to become active and productive members of society all while maintaining their Islamic identity and increasing their self-worth.
